I am a mom of 2 young girls. I enjoy running (while pushing the double jogger most of the time). I am trying to fill our cupboards with foods that have healthy ingredients and are balanced.
You On A Diet is my most recent inspiration and I'm getting ready to try out some recipes from Deceptively Delicious.
I think in many families, the mother sets the tone for so much. I hope with my family, I can influence them to make healthy choices in life. I want to be fit and healthy and set that example for them.
